Creative & Manufacturing Process

1. Brand Discovery & Market Understanding

We begin by exploring the client’s target audience, design language, and brand tone—whether minimal streetwear, bold graphic styles, or relaxed loungewear.

2. Design Sketching & Tech Packs

Our team collaborates to bring the vision to life with CADs and detailed tech packs for t-shirts, oversized hoodies, joggers, jackets, denim, and polos.

3. Fabric & Trim Selection

Clients choose from a range of pre-tested materials including 100% cotton, terry, fleece, French terry, brushed fabric, corduroy, and pigment-dyed blends. Options for zippers, drawstrings, embroidery threads, and labels are also selected.

4. Sampling & Fitting

Initial samples are created to finalize fit, feel, and form. Adjustments are made based on feedback to achieve the perfect finish.

5. Bulk Production

With the approved samples, our factory team goes into production, adhering to size specs, stitching quality, and branding details across all units.

6. Quality Checks & Finishing

Our QC department inspects each batch for consistent sizing, sewing accuracy, color fastness, and label placement.

7. Packaging & Global Delivery

Final pieces are pressed, packed, and delivered with custom packaging options. We support DDP, FOB, and air/sea freight solutions globally.
