Creative & Manufacturing Process

1. Research & Brand Discovery

We begin by understanding the client's mission—whether it's gym wear for strength athletes, athleisure for everyday movement, or performance sets for HIIT and yoga. We study brand goals, user personas, and fabric expectations.

2. Design & Tech Pack Creation

Our design team develops custom fitness silhouettes—such as compression leggings, seamless sets, sports bras, tank tops, and fitted tees—ensuring functionality meets form. Detailed tech packs guide the entire process.

3. Fabric & Material Selection

We offer a wide selection of fitness-ready fabrics: four-way stretch, quick-dry, moisture-wicking, anti-pilling, squat-proof knits, recycled blends, and mesh panelling. Clients choose what aligns best with their performance and sustainability goals.

4. Prototyping & Fitting

Initial samples are produced to test fit, stretch, movement, and stitching. Revisions are made for perfecting both performance and appearance.

5. Mass Production

Once approved, we begin production with our trained workforce and specialized machinery, focusing on consistency, reinforcement, and production accuracy.

6. Quality Assurance & Labeling

Each item goes through strict QC checks—ensuring stretch retention, seam durability, and print accuracy. Hangtags, labels, and packaging are added per brand guidelines.

7. Shipping & Global Fulfillment

We organize efficient delivery to the client's destination, whether B2B or D2C, with support for customs, export documentation, and delivery tracking.
